2. Description of Service

• Structured outputs
• Section-based regeneration
• Credit-based usage system

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring your information is accurate

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially in cases of abuse or suspicious activity.

4. Credit System (Core Billing Model)

4.1 Nature of Credits

• Credits are non-cash, non-transferable, non-refundable digital units
• Credits have no monetary value outside the Platform

4.2 Credit Usage

• Credits are deducted per generation or regeneration
• Section-level regeneration consumes credits independently
• Credit costs may vary based on system optimization or feature changes

We reserve the right to:

• Introduce expiration policies
• Adjust credit pricing or consumption rates
• Correct billing errors retroactively

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Reelyt uses AI models to generate content. You acknowledge:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or repetitive
• Outputs are generated probabilistically, not deterministically
• Similar outputs may be generated for different users

We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose. You are fully responsible for reviewing and using generated content.

6. Acceptable Use (Strict Enforcement)

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the credit system
• Automate excessive requests to bypass fair usage
• Use scripts, bots, or scraping tools without permission
• Attempt prompt injection or system manipulation
• Abuse regeneration mechanics to extract disproportionate value
• Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes

7. Abuse Detection & Enforcement

We actively monitor for credit exploitation patterns, abnormal generation frequency, systematic regeneration abuse, and API misuse or automation.

If detected, we may:

• Suspend or terminate your account immediately
• Remove or reset credits
• Block access without notice
• Refuse future service

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Fair Usage & Rate Limiting

We reserve the right to apply rate limits, throttle requests, and restrict access to heavy users. This ensures platform stability and cost control.

9. Payments & Pricing

• Prices are subject to change at any time
• Promotional credits may have separate rules
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

Failure of payment may result in suspension of access and loss of purchased credits (where applicable).

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Platform Ownership

All rights to the Reelyt platform, including prompt systems, backend architecture, and generation structure remain our property.

10.2 User Content

You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store content, and to improve system performance (in anonymized form).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelyt shall not be liable for loss of profits or revenue, business interruption, content inaccuracies, decisions made based on AI outputs, or loss of data or credits.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or immediate response times. Downtime, delays, or failures may occur.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, for suspected abuse, or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, access is revoked and credits may be forfeited.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Principle

These Terms are designed to protect system integrity, prevent abuse, and sustain platform economics. Any attempt to undermine these principles will result in enforcement actions.
